Question:87 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will reconsider the application for a new house grant refused to a person (details supplied) in County Kildare.

A grant cannot be allowed as, contrary to a condition of the scheme, the house was not occupied on completion as the applicant's normal place of residence.
