Written Answers. - Dingle (Kerry) Property Fencing.

Question:

132 Mr. Moynihan asked the Minister for Finance if the fence surrounding the property owned by the Office of Public Works adjacent to the Rocket House, Dingle, County Kerry was removed by agreement; if he will investigate the restoration of the fence, so that those using the pathway will not be trespassing on private property; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

The fence in question was removed in the late 1960's with the written agreement of the Commissioners of Public Works. Restoration of fencing is under consideration at present in the context of the examination currently being made by the Commissioners of Public Works of an application for access, through State property, to the foreshore.
