Committee on the Local Government (Planning and Development) Bill, 1991: Instruction to Committee.

I move:

That it be an instruction to the Committee on the Local Government (Planning and Development) Bill, 1991, that it has power to make provision in the Bill for the alteration of certain penalties under the Local Government (Planning and Development) Acts, 1963, to 1991, and the amendment of section 27 of the Local Government (Planning and Development) Act, 1976.
