Vol. 416 No. 8

Written Answers. - Navan Hospital Development Plans.

John Bruton

Question:

110 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for Health if he will outline his plans for the development of Our Lady's Hospital, Navan, County Meath.

I recently met with a deputation from the North-Eastern Health Board in connection with the development of services in the area and the board identified the development of a new out-patient department at Our Lady's Hospital, Navan, as its top priority project.

I am pleased to say that I have conveyed approval to the completion of the planning of the project which will be undertaken as quickly as possible.
