152 Mr. Cotter asked the Minister for Justice the number of suspects apprehended during the month of, (a) December 1990 and (b) December 1991 under the suspicion of driving with excess alcohol for, (1) Skibbereen, (2) Lismore, (3) Wexford, (4) Portlaoise, (5) Ennis and (6) Sligo, Garda stations, and if he will make a statement on the matter.
