154 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Justice if, in view of his reply to Parliamentary Question No. 156 on 10 March 1992 he will confirm that the heroin seizure referred to did not take place in Palmerstown in 1986 as the addresses referred to such as Palmerstown Place which is located off Upper Dominick Street in Dublin's north inner city, are not located in Palmerstown.
I am informed by the Garda authorities that the 1986 heroin seizure referred to by the Deputy occurred in Palmestown Place, which is located off Upper Dominick Street. They have also informed me that the person who was prosecuted as a result of that seizure and is now serving a custodial sentence for the offence is not the person who was named by the Deputy in connection with his question of 10 March last.
