Vol. 417 No. 5

Written Answers. - Eye Operation Delay.

Gerry O'Sullivan

Question:

248 Mr. G. O'Sullivan asked the Minister for Health when a person (details supplied) in Cork will be called for an eye operation at the Regional Hospital, Cork, as the person has been waiting for some considerable time and is now distressed as a result of the delay, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

I have had inquiries made of the hospital regarding this matter and have been informed that this patient is on the plastic surgery waiting list and is scheduled for admission on 22 April 1992.
