322 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when payment of suckler grants will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Cavan.

Payment due to this person under the 1991 suckler cow premium scheme is being processed and will issue shortly.

323 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when payment of a beef premium will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Cavan.

This person's application for grants under the 1991 special beef premium scheme is being processed and if found in order, payment will issue shortly.

He applied for grants on ten animals under the 1991 beef cow scheme but was deemed ineligible for payment on six of these because they were not regarded as suckler cows in accordance with terms and conditions of the scheme.

324 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a person (details supplied) in County Cavan will receive the remainder of outstanding money owed to him; the amount of beef, cow and suckler grants to which he is entitled; and the reason he received less money than last year.

This person has been paid £685.40 and £473.47, the full amounts due to him, under the 1991 suckler cow premium and cattle and equines headage schemes respectively. His cattle and equines headage grant was restricted because of a limit on the amount payable per forage acre of applicants holdings. He did not apply for grants under the 1990 suckler cow premium or cattle and equines headage schemes.

This person has been paid his grants under the 1991 cattle and equines headage scheme already. His applications under the 1991 special beef premium scheme and 1991 suckler cow premium scheme for small-scale milk producers are being processed and if found in order payments will issue shortly.

This applicant's 1991 special beef premium scheme grant application is being processed at present and if found in order payments will issue shortly.

This person's applications under the 1990 and 1991 suckler cow premium schemes for small-scale milk producers are being processed at present and if found in order payments will issue shortly.

329 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food whether a cattle headage grant payment has been issued to a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if not, the reason for the delay.

Due to a technical difficulty this person's 1991 cattle headage and suckler cow premium schemes applications were rejected by computer at validation stage. The problems have now been overcome and payments will issue shortly.

330 Mr. Crowley asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food whether an installations aid payment has been approved for a person (details supplied) in County Cork; and if so, when payment will issue.

Payment in this case will issue inside the next two to three weeks.
