Vol. 417 No. 5

Written Answers. - Limerick Garda Station.

Jim Kemmy

Question:

27 Mr. Kemmy asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the progress that has been made on his plans to refurbish Mary Street Garda station in Limerick city and to replace the old prefabricated structures with new buildings, in conformity with this historic part of the city.

I am advised that Mary Street station is in bad condition. The intention is to build a new station and the Office of Public Works are in the process of purchasing a suitable site for this purpose.
