Vol. 417 No. 9

Written Answers. - Union Quay Garda Station.

Bernard Allen

Question:

123 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Finance the plans he has for the former Garda station at Union Quay; and if he will dispose of it as quickly as possible so that a prospective developer can develop it under the designated area scheme which will be concluding shortly.

It is the intention of the Commissioners of Public Works to offer this property for sale as soon as possible and to this end the commissioners are in consultation with the Chief State Solicitor's office in regard to the matter of title and the requisite contract documentation.
