Question:144 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the representations being made by representatives of the adult literacy campaign to have photographs of candidates included on ballot papers for all elections; if he will outline his views on this suggestion; and if he will consider an appropriate amendment to the Electoral Bill to take account of this proposal.
