The Committee of Selection reports that it has discharged Deputy Michael Bell from the Select Committee on Crime and has appointed Deputy Séamus Pattison in substitution for him; and that it has discharged Deputy Dick Spring from the Joint Committee on Women's Rights and has appointed Deputy Michael D. Higgins in substitution for him.
