Question:96 Mr. G. Reynolds asked the Minister for the Environment if he will give an immediate allocation of funds to Sligo County Council for the commencement of the Monasteraden sewerage scheme in County Sligo.

A preliminary report for this scheme is under examination in my Department. The question of funding does not arise at this stage.
