Question:183 Mr. Flanagan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline the allocation to Laois County Council in respect of water and sewerage works in 1992; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

There are no fully approved water or sewerage schemes in the programme for County Laois at present. The question of an initial capital allocation did not therefore arise in the recent general notification of allocations to local authorities.
