Vol. 418 No. 5

Written Answers. - Medieval Dublin.

Gerard Brady

Question:

64 Mr. G. Brady asked the Minister for Finance if he will now declare the defined area of medieval Dublin a national monument as suggested by the Office of Public Works three years ago.

Active consideration is being given to the legal and administrative aspects of registering the core area of the medieval city under section 5 of the National Monuments (Amendment) Act, 1987.
