Written Answers. - State Property Maintenance.

51

asked the Minister for Finance if, in view of the importance of Merrion Street and Merrion Square, Dublin, he will make immediate arrangements to ensure that the external appearance of numbers 88 and 89 Merrion Square are maintained clear of debris and that in particular the Georgian hall doors are repainted and the general facades cleaned so as to enhance these properties in the ownership of the State; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

Plans are already in train in the Office of Public Works to improve the appearance of these buildings, including the painting of the external doors and the removal of debris.
