242 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment if he will outline the considerations, if any, which were given at the public inquiry on the motorway scheme for the Bray-Shankill bypass to an objection from a person (details supplied) in County Dublin concerning loss of amenity due to noise and other forms of pollution.

244 Mr. Gilmore asked the Minister for the Environment if he will make the report of the public inquiry into the motorway scheme for the Bray-Shankill bypass available.

I propose to take Questions Nos. 242 and 244 together.
