Question:269 Mr. Farrelly asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when a grant payment will be made to a person (details supplied) in County Meath; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The person named has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1991 special beef premium scheme as 21 of the 48 animals on which he applied for premium had already received payment.
Under EC Regulations he is also debarred from the scheme for 12 months from 3 October 1991.
