Question:122 Mr. Creed asked the Minister for Energy when an inspection will be carried out regarding approval for a private forestry grant for a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

A recent inspection of the plantation in question showed that certain remedial works are necessary to bring it up to grant standard. The applicant is being advised accordingly. A further inspection of the plantation will be carried out as soon as my Department is advised that the remedial works have been completed.
