Question:

172 Mr. E. O'Keeffe asked the minister for Agriculture and Food the reason for the serious delay in having an application for an installation aid grant approved and paid; and if he will outline, (1) the date the application form was lodged, (2) whether the title deeds were in order, (3) if the application has been recommended by Teagasc and (4) when the final documents were lodged.

The application in this case which was lodged in August 1991 and processed by Teagasc in December 1991 cannot be finalised until the applicant has furnished evidence that the title to the land in question has been registered in Land Registry.
