Question:74 Mr. Deenihan asked the Minister for Finance when a VAT refund will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.
Written Answers. - VAT Refund.
I am advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a claim for July-August 1990 was repaid by offset against VAT due for outstanding periods.
A balance of the refund is withheld pending a reply by the taxpayer to queries raised in September 1991 by the Inspector of Taxes.
