97 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Justice when the registration of the property at 5 Fairfield Avenue, Farranree, Cork, which was purchased under the tenant purchase scheme from Cork Corporation by persons (details supplied) in County Cork, will be completed.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that no application for registration in respect of the property in question has been lodged with the Land Registry.
