Question:114 Mr. Gregory asked the Minister for Health the reason for the long delay in sanctioning the disabled person's maintenance allowance of a person (details supplied) in Dublin 1, and when it will be paid to him.

Payment of disabled person's maintenance allowance in any individual case is a matter for the health board concerned. Accordingly, the Deputy's question has been referred to the chief executive officer, Eastern Health Board with a request that he reply directly to the Deputy as a matter of urgency.
