Paul Bradford

Question:

262 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food if a person (details supplied) in County Cork has received payment of his 1991 special beef premium.

The person named is not the registered owner of the herd number quoted. The registered owner of same has already been paid grants under the 1991 Special Beef Premium Scheme.

263 Mr. Bradford asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food the present position concerning an application for the 1991 special beef premium by a person (details supplied) in County Cork.

The person named has been deemed ineligible for grants under the 1991 Special Beef Premium Scheme as all seven animals on which he applied for premium were absent at an inspection on 25 September, 1991.

Question:

264 Mr. Collins asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when payment of headage grants due to a person (details supplied) in County Limerick will be made.

The person named has been deemed ineligible for payment of grants under the 1991 Cattle and Headage Scheme as he does not occupy and farm at least 7.5 Statute acres as required under the Terms and Conditions of that Scheme.

He has been paid his 1991 Special Beef Premium Scheme grant already. His 1991 Suckler Cow Premium grant is being processed at present and payment will issue shortly.
