Question:84 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Justice if he will request his Department to supply deeds in respect of a Land Commission farm allocated in County Leitrim in 1986 and lodged in Land Registry in February, 1987.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that registration of title in respect of the holding in question was completed on 1 April, 1992. The Land Certificate, equivalent to deeds, can be obtained from the Land Registry on the payment of the appropriate fee.
