Written Answers. - Adare (Limerick) Sewerage Scheme.

56 Mr. Collins asked the Minister for the Environment if his attention has been drawn to the fact that the revised contract documents for the Adare sewerage scheme were returned to his Department in June 1989 for sanction and approval; and if he will outline whether or not moneys will be made available for the provision of this scheme in the current year.

Revised contract documents for this scheme are under consideration in my Department. Limerick County Council have yet to confirm that the necessary planning arrangements for the scheme have been finalised. The question of providing finance does not arise at this stage.
