Question:

52 Mr. J. Mitchell asked the Minister for Foreign Affairs if, in respect of each of the ten years up to and including 1991, he will outline our Gross National Product and the total amount of money in each year allocated to Overseas Development Aid; if he will further outline the percentage of GNP each year represented by these figures; and if he will give details of the amount provided in this year's estimate for ODA and the estimated percentage of GNP represented by that figure.
