74 Mr. Cotter asked the Minister for Justice if he will outline the income generated in 1991 at the Garda Training Centre, Templemore, County Tipperary, from contract training courses offered to security company personnel and third country forces; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
The Garda authorities inform me that there are no contract training courses run at the Garda College.
I might add for the information of the Deputy that fifteen members of various police forces from EC countries attended an Engish Language Course specifically geared for police purposes at the Garda College during 1991. This was financed by the participants on an "at-cost" basis.
