Dick Spring

Question:

62 Mr. Spring asked the Minister for Agriculture and Food when the balance of headage payments due for 1991 will be paid to a person (details supplied) in County Kerry.

This applicant was overpaid the sum of £203.00 under the 1989 beef cow and equines headage scheme. This amount has now been recouped from grants due to him under the 1991 beef cow and equines headage scheme and the balance of £217.00 has already been paid to him. He is not an applicant under the 1991 suckler cow premium scheme. He has been paid his grants under the 1991 special beef premium scheme.
