Question:98 Mr. Nolan asked the Minister for Finance the reason for the delay in issuing a C2 certificate to a person (details supplied) in County Wicklow; and if his attention has been drawn to the hardship this matter is causing.

I have been advised by the Revenue Commissioners that a sub-contractor's certificate (C2) was issued to the taxpayer on 5 June, 1992.
