Question:87 Mr. Leyden asked the Minister for Energy if he will have arrangements made for the immediate payment of a grant for forestry development under the western package scheme to a person (details supplied) in County Roscommon.

In this case the final instalment is not due until July 1992 and following a satisfactory inspection of the planting, payment will be made very shortly.
