I move:
(1) That the Order of the Dáil of 26 February 1992, be discharged and that the Roads Bill, 1991, be referred to a Special Committee pursuant to Standing Order 94 (1) of the Standing Orders relative to Public Business.
(2) That the Committee shall consist of fifteen members to be nominated by the Committee of Selection,
(3) That the quorum of the Committee shall be seven.
(4) That the first meeting of the Committee shall be held on Tuesday, 14th July, 1992.
