141 Mr. Cotter asked the Minister for Justice the number of civil cases listed for hearing which were put back for hearing at a later date in each Circuit Court venue during May, 1990; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
I propose to take Questions Nos. 140 and 141 together.
The statistics requested by the Deputy are not available in my Department and could only be compiled in Circuit and District Court Offices by the expenditure of a disproportionate amount of staff time which could not be justified.
