104 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice if he will furnish a dealing number for the transaction for property (details supplied) in County Limerick as the owner (details supplied) cannot complete a house exchange until the legal matters are finalised.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that the information supplied is insufficient to enable the application in question to be traced. If the Folio number can be supplied, it should be possible to identify the case.
