Question:

202 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for the Environment the amount of moneys paid to voluntary and community groups in the Cork city and county areas in 1992 from national lottery funds.

Amounts of £131,112 and £180,040 have been paid or approved for payment in 1992 to date to Cork Corporation and Cork County Council, respectively, in respect of grant allocations made under the amenities/ recreational facilities grants scheme in earlier years. Further payments will be made during the year as claims are received and processed.
