Question:187 Mr. Finucane asked the Minister for Justice when documentation will be received by the land registry office in order to assist in the transfer of land for a person (details supplied) in County Limerick.

I am informed by the Registrar of Titles that his application is delayed pending the availability of the relevant Land Commission estate map. In this regard, I understand that that map is not immediately available as the Land Commission Records Branch is in the process of moving to new premises. The application will be dealt with as soon as the map is made available to the Land Registry.
