Question:563 Mr. Ellis asked the Minister for Education if she will seek tenders for the extension to the boys national school in Carrick-on-Shannon, County Leitrim; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

It was not possible to include this project among those approved to date for inclusion in the 1993 national school capital programme. Its inclusion in the programme in due course will be considered in the light of available resources and other commitments and priorities.
