138 Mr. Allen asked the Minister for Social Welfare if he will give details of the appointments made in November and December 1992, and January 1993, to State boards under his aegis; the names of those appointed; and the boards to which they have been appointed.
156 Proinsias De Rossa asked the Minister for Social Welfare the number of Government or Ministerial appointments made to public bodies, State companies, State boards, State agencies or other organisations under his aegis, between 5 November 1992 and 12 January 1993; the persons appointed in each case; and the date on which the appointment was made.
It is proposed to take Questions No. 138 and 156 together.
During the period in question, the terms of appointment of members of the Social Welfare Tribunal and of the board of the Combat Poverty Agency expired. Details of the appointments made are as follows:—
