May I say, as is my wont at this time, that the questions we are about to embark upon are Priority Questions for which only 15 minutes is provided for in the Standing Orders of the House. I appeal, therefore, to all Members concerned to assist me to dispose of the five questions before us in a fair and equitable manner within the time prescribed in Standing Orders.
