Question:

67 Mr. Noonan (Limerick East) asked the Minister for Finance the volume of the national debt on the first day of each month from 1 January 1992 to 1 February 1993 inclusive; the percentage of the debt which was domestic; the percentage which was foreign; the amount of the domestic debt owed to foreign institutions who have invested in Irish Government paper; and if he will give a breakdown for the foreign debt of the currencies in which it was denominated.
