Question:105 Mr. Boylan asked the Minister for the Environment the position regarding the provision of a swimming pool in Cavan; when this project will commence; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

My Department approved contract documents for this project in September 1992 and is awaiting submission by Cavan County Council of proposals for the acceptance of a tender. I am not in a position at this stage to say when this project might proceed.
