21 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Justice when work will commence on the new Garda station in Cahir, County Tipperary; the priority placing it has been given in the proposed capital works for 1993; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

I am pleased to inform the Deputy that a contract has been placed for the new Garda station in Cahir, County Tipperary and that the contractor is now on site.
