Vol. 426 No. 3

Order of Business (Resumed).

When will the Govenment's comprehensive legislation programme be circulated to Members?

The legislative programme was circulated yesterday.

Has anyone go it?

It must have been circulated to Government Deputies and Ministers because the rest of us have not received it. We are somewhat concerned because this programme has been promised on numerous occasions. Three days ago, it was supposed to be circulated the following day but it has not appeared yet.

It was promised for yesterday and, as has been customary, it was circulated to the Whips yesterday.

In view of the fact that "The Crying Game" has been nominated for six Oscars, will the Minister for Arts, Culture and the Gaeltacht be going to the presentation?

(Interruptions.)

If he can tear himself away from Mullaghmore.

May I ask the Taoiseach the present status of the Country Enterprise Boards, given that they were such a personal initiative of his? No specific moneys are provided in the Estimates, published yesterday for these boards.

The Deputy will have an opportunity of raising that matter in a more appropriate manner——

(Interruptions.)

Have the boards been abolished? Without money or resources they are going nowhwere.

The Deputy should read the Estimates.
