Question Time: Motion.

I move:

That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the following shall apply in substitution for Standing Order 34 with effect from Tuesday, 23rd February, 1993 until further notice in the 27th Dail:

34. (1) Unless the Dáil shall otherwise order on motion made by a member of the Government, Questions shall be taken from 2.30 p.m. to 3.50 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

(2) On each of these days, the time allowed for Questions, other than Questions nominated for priority [S.O. 37.], shall not exceed one hour; and the time allowed for Questions nominated for priority shall not exceed twenty minutes.
