Negotiations with the Representative Association of Commissioned Officers (RACO) and the Permanent Defence Force Other Ranks Representive Association (PDFORRA) concerning the establishment of a Conciliation and Arbitration Scheme for the Permanent Defence Force have recently been completed.
I anticipate that the scheme will be signed by the parties to it in the immediate future.
