Question:246 Mrs. T. Ahearn asked the Minister for Education if she will provide funding for an extension to a school (details supplied) in County Tipperary in 1993; and if she will make a statement on the matter.

Approval has been given to the vocational education committee in question to proceed with the preparation of tender documentation. The question of proceeding further will be considered later in the year in the light of available funds and my Department's other commitments and priorities.
