Question:77 Mr. Hogan asked the Minister for the Environment if he will approve a grant for a person (details supplied) in County Kilkenny; and if he will make a statement on the matter.

A grant of £800 has been paid for the replacement of defective windows and a door. Certain other works, for which a grant had been approved, had not been carried out by 31 May 1990, the final date for completion of works and the claiming of payment of grants under the house improvement grants scheme.
