26 Ms Keogh asked the Minister for Equality and Law Reform the way in which he intends to introduce a gender proofing policy for all legislation to assess its impact on women's rights and interests.
It is envisaged, as set out in the Programme for a Partnership Government, that the standing committees of the House will have the task of gender proofing proposed legislation.
