Question:

330 Miss M. Wallace asked the Minister for Education the priority she intends giving to the implementation of the recommendations of the Second Commission on the Status of Women in her areas of responsibility; and the process of consultation she intends employing in this matter.

I am having the proposals in the report of the Second Commission on the Status of Women examined in my Department with a view to identifying short term and long term policy implications.

I intend giving this examination a very high priority in my Department.
