Vol. 428 No. 1

Written Answers. - Balbriggan (Dublin) By-pass.

John Bruton

Question:

259 Mr. J. Bruton asked the Minister for the Environment the steps, if any, he plans to take to provide direct access to the Balbriggan by-pass motorway in the vicinity of Stamullen, County Meath.

Dublin County Council's motorway scheme for the Balbriggan By-pass makes provision for grade separated junctions at the Naul/Balbriggan Road, to the south of Stamullen, and at Richardstown, to the north. The scheme was the subject of a public inquiry last December and I hope shortly to reach a decision in relation to it.
